When Epic Asset Management assumed management of Postmark Apartments, the community was still in lease-up and navigating the challenges that come with a management transition. From the beginning, our focus was simple: create a more consistent experience for residents while supporting the on-site team responsible for delivering it every day.

Repositioning an Established Apartment Community

Like many established apartment communities, Sir Gallahad had a recognizable name but a brand that no longer reflected the experience residents found when they arrived. The original identity leaned heavily on the medieval knight associated with the Sir Gallahad story. While memorable, it felt dated and offered little to distinguish the community in today's competitive rental market.

Developing Housing for a Changing Seattle

Sedona Apartments is a 295-unit micro-apartment community in Seattle developed and managed by Epic Asset Management. The project combines 80 micro-apartments acquired in 2016 with 215 units developed by Epic, creating one of the company's most distinctive multifamily communities.
