About Epic Asset
Management

For more than 60 years, Epic has been part of the Puget Sound multifamily industry.

What began with a single investment has grown into a portfolio of apartment communities across the region. Along the way, we’ve learned that great communities are shaped by thoughtful leadership, dedicated teams, and a lasting commitment to doing the right things well.
